Assessment Design and Administration

Each assessment is customized to meet your information needs. This service consists of 4 steps:

  • Determination of the issues you wish to cover in your survey, the participants, means for administering the survey (e.g. paper, interview, web), deadline for gathering input and initial deadline for producing the final report.
  • Development of a draft questionnaire, which you will review and approve prior to publication. This is the end of the design phase. If you wish to administer the survey, that can be arranged.
  • Should you choose to continue, we will administer the survey for the specified period of time to the designated audience.
  • The final step is tabulation and presentation of the results.

Facilitated Process Redesign Workshop

Facilitated Process Redesign will take an organization through the process of redesigning a process, empowering the organization to repeat the process by providing documentation and tools for success.

The first step in Process Redesign is Assessment:

  • Defining the current state -- What are we doing? Who are the stakeholders?
  • Measuring the current state -- How well do we do it?

The second step is a Decision Process:

  • Defining the future state -- What should we be doing?
  • Defining measures of success -- How do we know we succeeded?

We will help you define and document the current state along with associated performance measures and then help you evaluate the process for changes that could result in productivity gains, document the new process and associated measures. Each participant in the workshop will receive a notebook with slides and handouts.
