Strategy Development

When we fail to plan, we plan to fail. Strategic Planning is the process that determines the future of the organization and the organizational resources necessary to ensure success. We offer two Strategic Planning programs:

• Strategic Thinking and Business Planning is designed for those organizations with little experience in strategy development. The materials used for this session are designed to educate the participants, ensuring they can repeat the process in the future.
• Executive Strategic Planning is designed for those organizations with more experience in strategic planning.

Both programs follow a similar process:

• Pre-planning session to introduce participants and distribute materials.
• 2.5-day facilitated Strategic Planning Session.
• Follow-up at 30 days, 5-6 months and one year to review progress toward the stated vision, mission and goals.
